Whether it’s a luxury home in East Hampton, Long Island, or a corporate interior in New York City, all of Mojo Stumer's projects are supervised by one of our leading principals. Principals are responsible for working with the client on programming and budgeting, setting design direction, reviewing schematics, and design development. The principal works closely with a set project team, which comprises a senior designer, a project architect, and an interior designer. This team reports directly back to their leading principal. This structure allows for the principals and project managers to stay “hands-on” with our clients from project inception through completion. The project manager maintains client contact and oversees the day-to-day operations of the project. These project managers supervise teams of architects and CAD operators while communicating with the principal, the project designers, and the interior designers. In addition to client communication and operations, the project manager’s responsibilities include construction documents, budgeting, coordination, and site observation during construction and occupancy. The project manager also coordinates with outside specialists and consultants, drawing on a large pool of talented professionals who have experience working with Mojo Stumer Associates. Our project managers’ experience in complex decisions, various building types, and total interior coordination enables our firm to confidently approach any project type. Our practice asserts client confidence through leadership, which fosters exceptional architecture through creativity, and affirms a commitment to technological innovation that supports the total design process.
