For #tbt we selected an apartment we designed in Palm Beach Florida over 20 years ago. Tried to bring a Manhattan flair to the typical Florida aesthetic. I think we did it. Still looks relevant today. Check it out!!

Continuing with our posts on the 5 Pointz housing project check out the size of the screen in the lobby sitting area. The screen displays a continuous display of graphic graffiti art. It’s amazing, a must see. We had a lot of fun designing this lobby space.

The spring has arrived and summer is right around the corner. The Hampton’s will be hopping. Here is one of our Hampton’s homes that has traditional shingle style roots with an updated contemporary approach. It separates itself from the flat roof designs but still represents a contemporary philosophy.
