From both the outside to inside, this project shows the ability to carry a theme that covers all spaces.  The presence of the teak ceilings used for both the exterior and interior give an innovative, spacious and modern appeal to this traditional Hampton’s home.

On the inside the decoration and interior design compliment the architecture.  A bright carpet helps anchor the subtle furniture in such a high ceiling room. The lighting and decorations help fill large space while the works of art serve as an anchoring focal point. The creativity in the layout of the furniture improves the flow, circulation and comfort of this dynamic space.

The treatment applied to the creative ceiling pieces is repeated on the outside, leading to a seamless transition between the two spaces that’s held together by the ceiling. The project in East Hampton is a great example of a traditional home with modern details – a trend that’s gaining momentum.
