This new residence in Kings Point announces itself through a composition that is at once expansive and precisely ordered. The architecture is organized around a broad, symmetrical facade, with distinct volumes of varying height stepping outward from a central core — a configuration that gives the home its commanding presence while maintaining a sense of balance along the streetscape.

At the center of the composition, a double-height glazed volume rises between the flanking masses, drawing the eye directly toward the entry. A cantilevered horizontal canopy defines the point of arrival, and vertical aluminum fins frame the glazing on either side, introducing shadow and depth that animate the facade throughout the day. Large-format stone cladding in a cool blue-gray tone is applied selectively across the lower register and accent volumes, grounding the composition against the primary white panels that wrap the upper masses. The contrast between the two — one cool and textured, one smooth and crisp — gives the exterior its character without overstating it.

The arrival sequence is equally considered. A motor court of cobbled pavers transitions at the forecourt into oversized stone slabs set with dark gravel joints, marking the move from approach to entry.
