BOATHOUSE RESIDENCE

Sanford Residence is a home renovation to an existing boat house in Kings Point, NY. Our task was to maintain the charm of the existing façade and create a modern functional interior. One of our biggest challenge was the two story high boat house garage which we creatively turned it into a living room space. The main stair became a pivot point between all three levels, located in a prominent and aesthetic area in the house.
