Joe Yacobellis, AIA, LEED AP


Joe Yacobellis is a Project Architect, and has been with Mojo Stumer Associates Architects, p.c. since 2014. He is actively involved in all phases of work, commercial and residential, from design and visualization through working drawings and project management.

Joe is a graduate of the Northeastern University School of Architecture, where he completed his BS in Architecture and his Master of Architecture and received the “Award for Academic Excellence” for his graduate work. He has practiced at firms in New York, Boston, and Honolulu, and has collaborated on projects of a wide range, including private residences, commercial and retail developments, academic buildings, and international master plans in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Morocco. Joe was also Assistant Director at the non-profit design build studio “URBANFRAME” based in Boston, Massachusetts, and has served as a design critic at the Rhode Island School of Design and Northeastern University.

Joe is a registered architect in New York State, a LEED accredited professional, and a member of the American Institute of Architects. In 2012, he was a recipient of the Long Island Young Professionals “30 Under 30” award, recognizing the top young professionals in the region.
