For all of these building types, we have provided to our clients comprehensive master planning, architecture, and total interior design, while also incorporating the best consultants in structural engineering, mechanical engineering, and landscape architecture.

More than 30 years of experience and the constant search for more creative solutions has enabled us to stay on the cutting edge of contemporary design. The attention to our clients’ programs—respecting the importance of their budgets while still searching for the right solution to create an exciting environment—has been instrumental in our firm’s success.

Mojo Stumer takes a team approach to every project. Each team is carefully assembled by their experience on similar projects and overall experience on the building type.

Whether it’s a luxury home in East Hampton, Long Island or a corporate interior in New York City, each project is supervised by one of the principals, who is responsible for working with the client on programming and budgeting, setting the design direction, and reviewing the design through schematics and design development. The principal works closely with a project team comprising a senior designer, project architect, and interior designer. This team reports directly to the principal. This structure allows for the principals and project managers to stay “hands on” with our clients from project inception through completion.

A project manager maintains client contact and oversees the day-to-day operations of the project, supervising a team of architects and CAD operators while communicating with the principal, project designers and interior designers. In addition to client communication and operations, the project manager’s responsibilities include construction documents, budgeting review, coordination, and site observation during construction and occupancy. The project manager also coordinates with outside specialists and consultants, drawing on a large pool of talented professionals who have experience working with Mojo Stumer Associates.

Our project managers’ experience in complex decisions, various building types, and total interior coordination enables our firm to confidently approach any project type.

Our practice asserts client confidence through leadership, fosters exceptional architecture through creativity, and affirms a commitment to technological innovation that supports the total design process.
